1. Environment and Facilities
Dedicated clean prefabricated room: Set up a dust-free, dry, and isolated prefabricated area, equipped with FFU high-efficiency filters (filtration efficiency ≥ 99.99% @ 0.3 μ m) and primary filtration systems to maintain a positive pressure environment.
Tool specialization: Cutting and beveling tools are only suitable for 316L stainless steel and cross use is prohibited to avoid iron chip contamination. After cutting, the pipe mouth should be wiped with dust-free paper and acetone, and sealed tightly.
2. Material handling
Pipe mouth processing: Use high-precision pipe cutting machines (such as FISHER saws) to cut, with the ends flat and perpendicular to the axis, without burrs. When cutting, the pipe mouth should face downwards to prevent debris from entering the pipe.Cleaning requirements: Before assembly, wipe the inner and outer walls of the weld seam (area ≥ 25mm away from the weld seam) with anhydrous alcohol to ensure that there is no grease or particles.
3. Gas and equipment
