The PC500 Distributed Orbital Welding Power Supply is an automatic programmable power supply designed by Suzhou Line Energy Welding Co., Ltd. This power supply utilizes popular inverter and computational science technologies, and features a large color touchscreen as the terminal, making it a pioneer in the industry. It enables precise control over welding current rotation, wire feeding, OSC, AVC, shielding gas, and compressed gas.

It can be used in conjunction with the full range of F-series enclosed orbital welding equipment, K-series orbital welding equipment, the entire range of GB60/GB400 tube-sheet welding equipment, as well as the entire HF series of circumferential seam welding equipment, all of which are manufactured by Line Energy. It is typically applied to TIG/MIG circumferential seam welding of tube/tube, tube/tube-sheet in industries such as chemical engineering, food industry, medical industry, power pipelines, various heat exchangers, construction machinery, boilers, locomotive military industry, and nuclear power industry.

• During the welding process, parameters such as welding speed/center/width, current, and rotation speed can be adjusted at any time to meet the special requirements of certain weld seams.
