- Pendulum Circumferential Seam Welding Equipment
This welding equipment system serves as core process equipment for TIG & MIG circumferential seam welding of pipes, flanges, elbows and tees. It adopts high-efficiency hot-wire TIG/MIG welding technology, applicable to circumferential butt welding of pipe tees, pipe flanges, pipe elbows, as well as pipe-to-pipe circumferential welding and other working scenarios.
The complete welding system integrates proven welding process control. During welding operation, all axes deliver smooth motion with perfectly matched traveling speed and various welding parameters. Easy parameter adjustment enables efficient, stable and consistent welding quality, accompanied by a high radiographic inspection pass rate.
Application Scenarios
Welding of elbows, flanges and tees for power industry pipelines; nozzle welding of high-neck flanges on pressure vessels; nuclear power pipeline welding; skid-mounted equipment pipeline welding; shipyard pipeline welding, etc.
