Automatic TIG Welding Machine for Manifolds

This CNC special orbital welding equipment is developed for stainless steel manifolds used in floor heating, central air conditioning and industrial liquid cooling systems. It adopts DC TIG welding technology, equipped with servo rotary mechanisms, pneumatic tooling and PLC program control system. The machine automatically completes continuous full penetration welding of saddle joints between main pipes and branch pipes as well as end caps, replacing manual handheld TIG welding. It eliminates common drawbacks of manual welding including uneven weld beads, air leakage, low production efficiency and heavy reliance on skilled welders, and is widely applied in mass production of small & medium-sized plumbing fittings and stainless steel manifolds.

Applicable Workpieces

304 / 316 stainless steel manifolds, nominal diameter DN10～DN80, wall thickness 0.8～3 mm; compatible with manifolds with 1 to 8 branch pipes and end sealing caps.

Main Equipment Features

Stable Weld Sealing Performance

Constant-speed rotary welding delivers uniform penetration. Argon shielding at weld root prevents oxidation. The pass rate of air tightness test is far higher than manual welding, complying with pressure resistance standards for floor heating manifolds.

Lower Labor Skill Threshold

No certified professional welders required; ordinary operators only need to load and unload workpieces. It cuts labor costs for high-skill welders and mitigates staff turnover risks.

Filler wire TIG welding achieves deep penetration, offering outstanding pressure-bearing performance for manifolds with wall thickness ≥1.0 mm.
