- XNL-IL Series Special Welding Equipment for Intersecting Line of Liquid Cooling Pipelines
Overview
Intersecting line welding of liquid cooling pipelines, also known as saddle joint welding, refers to the full-circumference hermetic welding performed along the spatial intersecting curve (intersecting line) of vertically arranged main and branch pipes in liquid cooling systems. As a core connection process, it is widely adopted in liquid cooling for data centers, water cooling for energy storage systems, and cooling pipelines of high-power equipment.
Typical Applications
CDU supply and return main pipelines, cabinet water distribution headers, cold plate branch pipelines, water cooling circuits for radars and high-power equipment.
The primary pipe materials are thin-walled 316L/304L stainless steel with wall thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 3 mm. Working media include deionized water and fluorinated coolant, which operate under long-term cyclic pressure conditions.
